Hi, my name is Amanda I am currently a Senior in the College of Science majoring in Chemistry Education. I recently changed my major from Mechanical Engineering, because I love science and I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to have a great educational experience.
I have two sisters, one is a Sophomore in College and is goalie for the soccer team. My other sister is a Senior in High School, and participates in swimming, volunteering at the local hospital and nursing home, and is part of Rotary. I also have a pet cat his name is Whitenose and he is the most spoiled cat anyone will ever meet, but we still love him.
My hobbies are camping, watching movies (Audrey Hepburn, and Jane Austen movies are the best), reading books,and baking. I love photography so I try to take pictures whenever possible. The picture to the left is one I took during vacation this past year. My favorite bands are Foo Fighters, Muse, The Doors, and many more. I have seen Foo Fighters in concert 4 times in the past two years.
A few of my favorite authors are Ernest Hemingway, Jane Austen, John Steinbeck, and occasionally Nora Roberts.
